Plus, he will remind attendees of the importance of cyber security in terms of protecting against data breaches. His talk will be a down to earth, plain speaking discussion that will attempt to dispel some of the myths and leave attendees with a clear understanding of their next steps.
Robert Zacal, GA Solicitors
The impact of GDPR on your business is not confined to the information you hold on your clients; it has serious ramifications for your employees too. With a recent decision to scrap employment tribunal fees pending implementation, employment solicitor Rob Zacal of GA Solicitors warns of a potential exploitation of ‘subject access requests’ by employees keen to fish for information that could be used against their employers.
Rob will give his expert advice on what you can do to protect your business.
Philip Thitchener, Brewin Dolphin
War, Natural Disasters, Pestilence and Stock Markets: Philip will ask what drives stock markets and the impact of them on events both human and natural. Reminding us of some of the golden rules of investing.
