Fitness Bootcamp

Fitness Bootcamp at PSP

Sessions are a mix of circuits/boot camp exercises/kettle bells/HIIT and cardio. Each session will be different and varied to ensure enjoyment and motivation. It will be a whole body work out covering legs, arms and core.

Fitness Bootcamp runs every Wednesday 1.15 to 2pm.
