Sales Strategy Workshop

Delegates on the Sales Strategy course will utilise a number of sales planning processes.
In the session you will:
- Understand how Sales and Marketing interact in small businesses
- Start to build a Sales and Marketing Plan with Financial Objectives and activities to achieve them
- Understand the target customer and how to apply a sales / marketing funnel to progress them to close
- Review the best sales approaches for your business
The outcome of the course is to complete a sample Sales Plan for your business.
