Sponge, the largest custom digital learning provider in Europe, is actively recruiting for 36 people to fill more than 13 different roles across the business.
The company hopes to increase its workforce to 130 people by end of this year; 150 by end of 2019; and 300 people across multiple offices by 2022.
Sponge is currently looking for a new Head of Project Management, Senior Project Manager, Senior Learning Designer and Project Coordinator. In the marketing department, the company requires Content and Campaigns Specialists, as well as a Head of Marketing Campaigns. Sponge is also seeking Junior and Senior Elearning Developers, Graphic Designers, Sales Support, a Finance Assistant and a Talent Acquisition Specialist (inhouse recruiter).
The company works with global organisations to create learning experiences, including elearning, interactive videos, animation, learning games and virtual reality, to improve people and business performance. Clients include big brands such as Coca-Cola, Tesco, AXA and the United Nations. The company’s digital learning solutions are used in more than 124 countries worldwide.
